No. There are no chargebacks. TicketGuard, LLC. has a No Refund policy under any circumstances pertaining to the monthly subscription cost of the Citation Protection Plan.

If a customer cancels their Citation Protection Plan monthly subscription and you are attributed the registration sale you will receive your applicable commission from that monthly plan subscription as long as the customer cancellation does not occur within the first twenty calendar days after initial registration. Citation Protection Plan coverage is offered on a monthly subscription basis and is able to be cancelled at anytime by the customer.

TicketGuard affiliates are required at registration to create a Stripe account in order to receive payouts directly from TicketGuard, LLC. Affiliates are compensated every 8 days for all newly registered affiliates referred to TicketGuad, LLC. and register affiliate accounts. This is the one-time $9.95 commission payout. Citation Protection Plan registration commissions are paid on a monthly basis per the monthly subscription cost model. Affiliate Registration Commissions are Paid Weekly. TicketGuard, LLC. processes affiliate payouts via direct bank transfer and or Stripe payment systems. TicketGuard, LLC. does not issue checks as a form of affiliate payment.

TicketGuard has designed a tiered structure that allows up to 30% commission to be paid to affiliates who reach set registration benchmarks. That structure is designed as such:

Citation Protection Plan monthly subscription cost is $9.99

For each Citation Protection Plan registration you generate up to 250 registrations you are compensated a 20% Commission of $2.00 from the $9.99 monthly subscription cost to the customer.

For each Citation Protection Plan registration you generate starting from registration 251 up to registration 500 you are compensated a 27.5% Commission of $2.75 from the $9.99 monthly subscription cost to the customer.

For each Citation Protection Plan registration you generate starting from registration 500 you are compensated a 30% Commission of $3.00 from the $9.99 monthly subscription cost to the customer. The 30% commission will apply to every Citation Protection Plan registration generated by you beyond 500 registrations.

Upon cancellation of your TicketGuard Affiliate account you will no longer be eligible to receive commissions from Citation Protection Plan registrations you have generated over the lifetime of your affiliate account with TicketGuard.

Yes.  You can cancel your TicketGuard Affiliate account at any time without penalty or additional payment.  Simply log into your affiliate dashboard account and cancel your account.  Cancellation will take effect immediately.

TicketGuard provides multiple creatives to each affiliate which are accessible via the affiliate dashboard account. You can access your unique affiliate marketing link, banner ads, training videos, and social media marketing ads, all designed to help you communicate the TicketGuard Citation Protection Plan to potential customers.

The TicketGuard Profit Sharing Pool is designed to enable affiliates who reach specified monthly benchmarks pertaining specifically to Citation Protection Plan registrations will be eligible to receive a percentage of company wide net profits for the applicable month from net profits derived directly from the affiliate marketing program. The Profit Sharing Pool payouts are made within the normal monthly commission schedule so there’s no waiting period to receive your Profit Sharing Pool Bonus. There are three (3) tiers within the Profit Sharing Pool:

Tier 1:  Any TicketGuard Affiliate who generates 1,000 Citation Protection Plan registrations within a 30-calendar day period would be eligible to receive a Bonus Payout equal to 2% of TicketGuard, LLC. total net profit for the monthly period applicable. This bonus payout can be replicated monthly, must be new registrations.

Tier 2:  Any TicketGuard Affiliate who generates 3,000 Citation Protection Plan registrations within a 30-calendar day period would be eligible to receive a Bonus Payout equal to 5% of TicketGuard, LLC. total net profit for the monthly period applicable. This bonus payout can be replicated monthly, must be new registrations.

Tier 3:  Any TicketGuard Affiliate who generates 5,000 Citation Protection Plan registrations within a 30-calendar day period would be eligible to receive a Bonus Payout equal to 10% of TicketGuard, LLC. total net profit for the monthly period applicable. This bonus payout can be replicated monthly, must be new registrations.

There is a required monthly back office fee of $3.95 applied to each affiliate account. The fee is automatically charged to your affiliate account once per month for administrative costs, admin support and maintenance of each affiliate dashboard account.

No. TicketGuard does not offer a downline structure within its affiliate program. Affiliates are compensated lifetime commissions from each Citation Protection Plan registered by the affiliate, and also receives one-time commissions from each new affiliate marketer referred and registered.

A Citation Protection Plan offered by TicketGuard, LLC. Is a monthly subscription plan designed to provide payment of traffic and speeding ticket fines. The Citation Protection Plan is available to U.S. residents having a valid state issued driver’s license. Drivers age 16 and up are eligible for Citation Protection Plan protection regardless of driving history or prior suspensions.
